Great Plains Distributors, LP was established in 1961 and is locally owned. We are a
service-oriented business with the goal of providing our customers unsurpassed
service levels and the highest quality beer products available in the market today. In
March of 1961 Great Plains Distributors LP became one of the first four distributors
assigned to sell and distribute Coors Brewing Company products in the great state
of Texas. Great Plains was exclusively assigned Lubbock County as well as 14 other
surrounding counties in West Texas. Since the Company's beginning in 1961, we
have grown to over ten times our original size. In December of 2002, the Company
grew substantially as we became the exclusive distributor in the area for Miller
Brewing Company. Today, Great Plains Distributors not only represents Coors and
Miller, but a total of ten major brewers.
